Speed and quality of delivery is very important to us. We want you to be more than satisfied with our service. Items are securely packaged and dispatched within 24 hours from receipt of payment (Monday to Friday). They are sent first class by Royal Mail or Parcel Force and will usually arrive in approximately 1 to 3 working days in the UK or Ireland. Special delivery is available on all UK mail for an extra charge which guarantees next day delivery before 1pm. You can select this service during the checkout process. Please note that next day delivery will only guarantee it arriving on the next working day (not on Saturday or Sunday).
If you need to change the delivery name/address please add the details in the message field with your Paypal payment. Unfortunately if the address is incorrect we cannot take responsibility for the item.

All OVERSEAS mail is sent via Royal Mail Airmail, which is usually 7-10 days but allow up to 30 days. Please not that deliveries can occasionally be held up in customs, be disrupted by severe weather conditions or industrial action. Please allow extra time during November and December due to the build up to the holidays.
Your satisfaction is our concern so we try to ensure that your order is perfect in every way. However, things can occasionally go wrong and you can return any item bought from us within fourteen days of receipt and get a refund or have the item exchanged. This can be for any of the followin reasons -
There is a return slip with printed on the back of the invoice that was attached to the front of your package. Simply fill this in and return to the address provided. We usually process returns within 24 hours of receiving them.
Once 14 days have passed we are only able to accept returns for items that have clear manufacturing defects.
There are some exceptions to our return policy. We cannot accept items that have been washed, worn or soiled.
